Collect it.
Assemble it.
Complete it.
Kasii does the work between a new client and a demand going out: it collects what arrives, builds the file as the work happens, and writes what has to go out to complete it.
Twenty minutes. Nothing to install, nothing to send us.
The work isn't the work. The paperwork is.
Facts arrive as documents. Somebody has to read them, type them in and notice what never came. Meanwhile the people you hired for judgement are renaming PDFs, and files stall for weeks because nobody had time to check them.
A records packet arrives as a 60-page fax and sits in a queue until someone has an hour to split it.
A demand is ready except for one bill, and nobody notices until the week it was due to go out.
A client stops treating in April. The file finds out in September.
One way of working. Any kind of file.
It arrives everywhere. Your file is one place.
Email, texts, a shared drive, your case system, the link a client replies on — anything you give it access to. Each thing lands on the right matter, named. Not “IMG_4471.pdf”.
You find out what's missing now, not on drafting day.
Every open file checked against the list of what that work needs: the bill nobody asked for, the notes that stopped in April, the figure nobody has confirmed.
Every gap comes with the message that closes it.
The text to the client, the email to the provider, the records request with the release attached and a link to reply on. You read it and send it, and what comes back files itself.
They file what arrives.
We tell you what never did.
Every document system reads what you already have. Kasii checks each open file against what that kind of work requires, and names the gap — with a person's name on it — while there is still time to close it.
A matter is more than its documents.
Reading what arrives is the start of it. The rest is everything that has to happen between a new client and a demand going out.

We're not a case management system. We work with the one you have.
Nothing to migrate and nothing to replace. Kasii reads what arrives, fills the file, and writes back to wherever your team already works.

What is intelligent document processing?
Software that reads a document the way a person would — a scan, an email, a bill — and pulls out who sent it, what it is, which matter it belongs to and what it says. OCR turns a picture of a page into characters. This works out what the page means and where it goes.
Does it replace my case management system?
No. Kasii sits alongside it and your team keeps working where they work now. Kasii reads what comes in, puts each thing on the right matter under a name you can read, tells you what that matter is still missing, and drafts what has to go out to get it.
How is this different from an AI demand letter tool?
A demand tool writes from the file you hand it, so it is only as good as what is already in there. Kasii is what fills the file first: it finds the record that never arrived and drafts the request that gets it, weeks before anyone sits down to write the demand.
How long does it take to set up?
Kasii starts on a channel you already have — a mailbox, a shared drive, the number your clients already text — so it is reading real matters before anything is connected to your case system and without moving a single file. The checklist for your kind of work gets built with your team, because what a file needs is your judgement, not ours.
Twenty minutes, on a file that looks like yours.
We'll walk a real matter end to end — what arrives, what gets filed, what it says is missing and what it writes to close it. Bring the case type you handle most.
Nothing to install, nothing to connect, and none of your files leave your firm.
